Glioma angiogenesis and molecularly targeted therapy. Focus on discovering biomarkers of response and resistance to antiangiogenic therapy, understanding the mechanisms of invasion and the relationship between invasion and resistance to antiangiogenic treatment and the translation of laboratory discoveries in the areas of invasion and angiogenesis into novel clinical trials.
