The BTTC Website
The BTTC (including member institutions of the BTTC) and The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center ("M. D. Anderson") will provide you with access to and use of the BTTC website, which allows you to access and to submit information and/or materials ("Content"), subject to these Terms of Use.

 

All Content published on or throughout the BTTC website that is provided by BTTC and/or M. D. Anderson, excluding any third party's trademarks and copyrighted material, is the proprietary property of BTTC and/or M. D. Anderson. You may download or print a copy of relevant portions of such Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all trademark, copyright, or other proprietary notices intact.  With the exception of any third party's trademarks, all trademarks and logos on the BTTC website are either trademarks or registered trademarks of M. D. By submitting information to the BTTC website, you automatically grant to BTTC and to M. D. Anderson an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to publish and use such information. However, except where such disclosure is required by law, BTTC and M. D. Anderson will not disclose or use any information submitted by you in any manner that would permit anyone not affiliated with BTTC and/or M. D. Anderson to identify you or to access any of your personally identifiable information.

 

You acknowledge that you are responsible for any information submitted by you to the BTTC website, and you understand and agree that any such information may be reviewed and approved, and may be edited by BTTC and/or M. D. Anderson.  "You represent that you are of legal age and possess the legal right to enter into and be bound by these Terms of Use, and that you will use the BTTC website solely for your own personal, noncommercial use and not for any purpose not authorized by these Terms of Use."  You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not submit information in violation of any law or any third party rights, including without limitation copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

You agree that these Terms of Use and any interpretation of or dispute with respect to these Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You expressly agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or related to these Terms of Use and/or your access to and use of the BTTC website will be subject to jurisdiction only in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, USA, and you hereby consent and submit to jurisdiction of such courts with respect to any such action.
